- No Returns for Digital Goods
All products sold on Keystino are non-returnable once delivered. This includes:

Gift cards
Because digital products cannot be physically “returned,” we do not accept returns for any reason except outlined below.
- Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only if:
The product was not delivered within 24 hours.
The code/account is invalid or not working, and we are able to verify the issue.
You contacted us within 48 hours of your purchase.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

The issue is caused by user’s device, region lock, or third-party services.
